Way back in high school I was very involved in Art and even in the Art Club. That was my favorite room in the whole school and my art teacher was like a second mother to me. But even today, I am persnickety with the types of thing I chose to decorate my house with and still take on a couple of art project here and there as I can work it into my life. Like projects with my kids, modifying clothing, and rehabbing old furniture. I of course love darker colors which isn't a great idea with the 3 dogs that we have. NO...my whole house isn't in purple and black. I really love Asian or Celtic themed decor, try combining those two completely different tastes. =)



Fantasy Comments & Graphics



I miss hanging crystals up in windows and seeing the prism (rainbows) shine on everything. I should do that again, I bet the kids would enjoy that too.



I like a lot of things with leaves, like Ivy leave to string around my kitchen walls or Autumn leaves around the tops of window curtains and in baskets hanging on the wall. I have metal bakers rack with little leaves in the frame work. I guess I like to bring a little bit of the outdoors indoors. =)

I guess I also like to mix and match with my figurines and alike things. I love almost anything with angels....but I also love things with unicorns and fairies. I like a very few random things with dragons, mermaids, or wizards. That more of my mothers thing with her little pewter figurines of dragons and wizards with crystal balls and little gemstone glowing red eyes. I like thing s little more dream like, or peaceful.

When you look at your reflection, do you like what you see? I do most days. I think everyone should just try to be the best possible person that they can be, and be happy with what they have. Sometimes if you try for more, you can end up with less or even nothing at all. There's of course nothing wrong with always trying to better yourself and work your way up to the top, but ENVY can be a very evil and ugly thing.
